Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Universal Declaration of Human Rights
by Gunner Myrdal
Noted Swedish Sociologist and Economist [January 1951]
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, proclaimed by the United Nations just two years ago, is one of the world’s great documents.
This United Nations declaration of the inalienable rights of men distinguishes itself from its illustrious predecessors in many important ways. One of the Declaration’s most significant features is that it adds economic and social rights to the classical political rights proclaimed during the Eighteenth Century.
The world has at last recognized that poverty, like unjust imprisonment, social insecurity like the denial of political and spiritual freedom, degrades and destroys the dignity and worth of the human person and prejudices the welfare of the community.
Here are some of the minimum rights which are now declared to belong to you and me, to all men and women, wherever they may be:
“Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security.
“Everyone, has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
“Everyone, without discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
“Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration insuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
“Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests”.
These words of the Declaration establish a new moral basis for the struggle against hunger and despair. They provide a humane standard by which the welfare of individuals and masses may be measured and promoted.
And here are more of the economic and social rights which the United Nations Declaration proclaims as belonging to you and me, to all human beings:
“Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.
“Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family.”
These are our minimum goals. They will not be easy to reach; but could there be happiness, or real peace, without bread, work and rest, without minimum economic security for all men and women and their children? Then these basic human rights are worth working for; it is a common struggle that links us with our neighbors; not neighbors only in our own countries—for, as this Declaration shows, all citizens in all countries are neighbors.
I have stressed the importance of the economic and social rights of individuals; but all of us know that these rights will not be enjoyed in practice unless the other rights proclaimed in the Declaration—such as the right to political democracy and to spiritual freedom—are also enjoyed by all people everywhere.
The great task is now established: to give these newly proclaimed principles meaning, to put them in practice in every part of the world. And that depends in large measure on the daily conduct of each and all of us. For it is by respecting and promoting these rights for others, as well as for ourselves, that their observance will become matters of law and fact. In this Universal Declaration are the ideas that can unite individuals, families, towns, nations and societies into a free and creative world community.

WHISTLEBLOWERS have FACTS! STATE AGs can SUBPOENA them to tell facts of ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. GET THEIR STORIES NOW! NO WAITING!

Incorrect. The UN UDHR is the definitive document of human slavery.
It frames real people as "PERSONS." a PERSON as a legal representation of a real man or woman. it secures the "right" of government to treat real people as if they were the legal person.
The UN UDHR frames being treated as a PERSON as a "right." a PERSON is literally a _thing_ that is created, owned, and operated by "The State." IT is treated as a "human" when it is anything but a real human.
Let me put this in a context that most people can understand. Harry Potter is a PERSON. Harry Potter is a "HUMAN" but only in the context of the book. The UN UDHR makes it a RIGHT to be treated as a THING in the "book of law."
Here is another analogy: the monopoly game piece is not the player. but the UN UDHR treats the game piece as a "human" when IT is nothing but property of the game. The government created the game and owns the game piece even if you identify with it.
For instance Article 3 "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person." makes it a RIGHT for the government to conflate their game piece as you.
No one is asking "WHAT IS SECURITY OF PERSON?" a security is a financial instrument, it's debt. The birth certificate is a SECURITY that creates the LEGAL PERSON. IT's birth is not your birth, even if it's related that way. Most people are so duped that real humans believe themselves to be "Harry Potter" like characters. The Social Security Card and Number is not yours nor your property. the SSN and card is government property by law. It's THEIR card FOR you, not yours. It's THEIR driver's license FOR you, it's not yours.
Here is a great article documenting that the UN UDHR is the definitive document of human slavery:
https://govbanknotes.wordpress.com/2017/06/24/united-nation-universal-declaration-of-human-rights-the-definitive-document-for-human-slavery/
both liberals and conservatives HATE that this is what is going on and would rather ignore it or treat the UN UDHR as "good" or an "achievement." The UN Charter operates under Law of War, continuing belligerency of UN Member-States, not against or amongst themselves, but repurposed against THE PEOPLES of the world!
Please, people need to wake up that the UN is NOT a Peace institution. International Humanitarian Law is substantially equal to LAW OF WAR.

Patrick Lovell is a total dunce when it comes to the United Nations and the effect it has on America! Go look up Executive Order 13107. https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/WCPD-1998-12-14/pdf/WCPD-1998-12-14-Pg2459.pdf
The United States is imposing the UN Treaties upon itself, both ratified and unratified! Look it up and you'll see. There is a reason why Patrick Lovell and his "New Untoublables" refuse to touch this subject... it blows out their Statist cult mentality. It exposes that FASCISM is going global! It's not just America or Trump. The focus on Trump is regressive and preventing people from looking at the system and its corporative state history.
The United States republic was converted into a Corporative State (Fascism) in 1861 under Lincoln! We've been a "governmental Services Corporation" since then. The US Constitution was converted from a "constitution" (constituting a republic) into a corporate charter (of a Corporative State) at that time. The Corporative State usurped the history to make it look continuous. The US Republic literally died under Lincoln in 1861. The Current US, Inc was established in 1861, not 1787-1789.
so, yeah, Please. The UN UDHR is one of the most destructive documents in human history, and is called the "International Bill of Rights" for a reason. It supersedes the US Bill of Rights, and people don't even know how bad it is.
Again, see my article on the UN UDHR: https://govbanknotes.wordpress.com/2017/06/24/united-nation-universal-declaration-of-human-rights-the-definitive-document-for-human-slavery/
